How To Reduce Weight In 2 Weeks

In this article, I am sharing my personal experience of how much weight I could successfully reduce in 2 weeks and what diet and exercises I followed.

So, I tried the most popular fasting which is Intermittent Fasting with a weight loss diet.

Chill, it is not as hard as it sounds. If you are really willing to reduce your weight and have deadlines then Intermittent fasting is the best fasting option you should try.

Let’s see what does intermittent fasting means.

What Is Intermittent Fasting?

In Intermittent fasting, you will have to divide a complete day into 2 slots. Part 1 is of eating hours period and part 2 is your fasting period. It is also known as 16:8 fasting.

In this 16 hours is your fasting period you are not going to eat anything in those 16 hours. And 8 hours is your eating period you can eat anything in those 8 hours.

Mostly intermittent fasting is to provides enough time for your digestive system to digest everything you have eaten and it also detoxes your body.

But if you want to reduce your weight with intermittent fasting you need to take a weight loss diet in those 8 hours.

Now here is my secret weight loss, I have reduced 3 kg weight in 15 days with intermittent fasting and a weight loss diet. Here is my diet plan, you can check what I eat in those 15 days.

This was the Indian diet chart that helped me a lot in reducing my weight. I didn’t even need lots of exercises and activities only this diet plan help me reduce 3 kg in just 2 weeks.

How To Reduce Weight In 2 WeeksThings To Avoid

Here are a few things you should know before starting any diet. If you are doing the following mistakes then no diet is going to help you.

  1. Cut down sugar Intakes (no tea/ no coffee, no sweet, no deserts)
  2. Stop Eating Fast Food
  3. Avoid Extra Oil In Your Diet
  4. Go for simple meal
  5. Stop Eating when you are not really hungry
  6. No Cheat Day For 15 Days

1. Cut Down Sugar Intakes

This is the most important tip everyone should know before starting any diet. Let me tell you just by cutting down regular sugar from your diet you can lose weight at a certain level.

But if you could not control your cravings for sugar products then no matter how hard you do work out and how little you eat you could never reduce your weight successfully.

It just took you 2 weeks so you can surely compromise on a few things as it is giving you visible results.

Trust me once you start losing your weight you will never go back to your sugar products again.

2. Stop Eating Fast Food

Fast food is so heavy to digest and hence your body is continuously working towards digesting this heavy food in you. Your body doesn’t get enough time to burn extra fats.

For the next 2 weeks avoid your favorite food pizza, burger, fries. I can totally understand your love for those but sorry to say you have to say a “BIG NO TO FAST FOOD”.

3. Avoid Extra Oil In Your Diet

The next thing to avoid in your 15 days weight loss diet is oil. Oil is the second most common reason for obesity.

Fried food with added spices is love, right? But these extra spices and oil give you that extra layer of tier around your waist.

So for the next 15 days try to prepare your food in less oil and use unnecessary spices. If you already use less oil in your veggies then you are on the right path.

If you are eating a salad or raw veggies then don’t any spices salt over it.

4. Go For Simple Meal

Diet is not at all hard, you can eat everything dal, rice, chapati. Sabji everything. You just have to minimize the excess you are doing with your food intake.

As I mentioned above in my diet plan, you can also eat everything I ate during my 15 days.

Remember to eat only that much your body needs. As human beings, we tend to eat our favorite food till it completely fills our stomach and our body indicated it with gas.

This is also the most common reason for getting fat and obese.

5. Stop Eating When You Are Not Really Hungry

Another Bad habit we people have is we keep on eating even we are not really hungry.

Even you have just finished your lunch 5 minutes before you could not resist yourself by taking a bite from your friend’s snack box.

No friends, this is not going to work anymore. I use to say no many times that was really disappointing for my friends though but I had to take this step.

If you also want results like me be honest to yourself and start saying No.

6. No Cheat Day For 15 Days

The last thing to avoid for 15 days weight loss plan is you could not afford a cheat day.

It is just a matter of 2 weeks, stick to your decision and follow it with your heart.

I know you can definitely avoid the bad things for 15 days. Trust me it’s not that hard as you are thinking it right now. If I can do it you can definitely do it successfully.

What Workout And Exercise You Should Do To Loose Wight In 2 Weeks?

In intermittent fasting, as we are reducing our food intake to a greater extent suddenly switched on light food you may feel a little weakness in the start as do feel it in the starting days.

So I use to take a simple way for 20-40 minutes at any time in a day.

You don’t need to do much effort into exercise and workout. Take a simple walk every day if possible and that will be more than enough.
