Use Curd for scalp massage, which will deeply condition your scalp and hairs—in addition, massaging helps improve blood circulation in the scalp.
Start using a mild shampoo with a higher sulfur content that can damage your scalp skin.
#2 Learn Hair Washing and Combing Habits:
To naturally get healthy hair at home, you will first need to learn how to wash and comb your hair properly. If you are doing it wrong, it will cause hair drying and breaking.
Always get a warm oil massage before washing to prevent the drying of hairs. Apply a conditioner at the tip of the hair to condition it deeply and to get softer shiny hair.
Wash your hair every day if it is oily, and wash it twice a week if they are dry.
Never comb the wet hairs as the chances of breaking down is maximum when the hairs are wet. Instead, you can use a broad bristles hair comb.
Gently dab the towel to dampen the hairs and then let it dry automatically. If you are in a hurry, then only go for the hairdryer.
